MSS is a nonprofit shared space dedicated to bringing people together to create a more sustainable and inclusive future. We are excited that you would like to hold your meeting at our building! MSS is located off of A Street in the Claydesta Plaza and features 7 public meeting rooms as well as The Plaza (an outdoor courtyard). MSS is a smoke-free campus. Smoking or vaping within 100 feet of any entrance is prohibited. MSS prohibits concealed and open carry of firearms.

Host a Meeting

Use our MSS Room Calendar to check room availability for your meeting, then use the MSS Room Reservation Form to request a room(s). A member of our team will then contact you to confirm scheduling and help you coordinate from there. What is available for use in the meeting spaces?

Our meeting spaces are equipped with furniture, microphones, screens and projectors, podium, whiteboards (except the Community Room and Atrium) and all VGA and HDMI hook-ups. Cables may be available, but we recommend bringing your own to ensure compatibility with your device. All meeting rooms have computers available for use after mandatory orientation prior to the meeting.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Yes, you are free to bring in your own food and beverage. You should make arrangements for all service ware, including plates, cups, etc. MSS does not provide coffee, water, or ice for meetings. Ice and water only are available in the Community Room and Training Room. A large array of local catering options exist, and many are at MSS with regularity.

Will anyone be on-site for our event?

MSS is an 8:00 am – 5:00 pm facility, and MSS support staff may not be available for support outside of those times. Weekend meetings are evaluated on a per request basis and may incur additional costs. Training on technical systems installed in the meeting rooms is required and must be completed no less than 4 business days before the meeting.

Is parking available?

Yes. The main entrance to MSS is next to the flag poles – not the door closest to A Street. Covered parking spots are reserved for MSS tenants only.

Can I schedule a tour of the building?

Meeting Room Rates

Use of our Shared Meeting Rooms is billed on a per hour basis, including setup and cleanup time.

Conference Rooms seat 8
  • Nonprofit rate - $15/hour
  • Standard rate - $35/hour
Board Rooms seat 18
  • Nonprofit rate - $25/hour
  • Standard rate - $55/hour
The Atrium seats up to 20
  • Nonprofit rate - $30/hour
  • Standard rate - $75/hour
The Training Room and Community Room have a variable capacity based on room setup. Theses spaces also have dedicated catering areas.
