Midland Shared Spaces, Inc. (MSS) Coronavirus Preparedness

Symptoms

Symptoms may appear 2 to 14 days after exposure and include Fever, Cough, and Shortness of Breath. For more information on what to do if you are sick, click here.

Be Aware

Our facility is home to agencies that work with senior citizens as clients or volunteers. Please consider that this population is particularly susceptible to the coronavirus. We utilize the same HVAC system and shared spaces. Do not enter the facility if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who may have the coronavirus.

Take Precautions

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then wash your hands.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Consider NO handshakes.
  • Self-Isolate (STAY HOME) - If you are sick, please do not enter the MSS facility.

Clean Surfaces

It is believed that Covid-19 can be contracted by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it. If you utilize a shared meeting room, your support in maintaining cleanliness is more important than ever. Materials are available for you to wipe down tables, chairs arms, door handles, and all frequently touched surfaces before you exit the meeting space.

What is MSS doing?

Our team is working to ensure the cleanliness of the shared spaces. All public/shared/common space and entry door handles will be disinfected daily with hospital quality disinfectant. Meeting spaces are outfitted with hospital quality disinfectant for use following each room reservation. We will continue to monitor the progression of this outbreak and make decisions as needed to maintain a healthy environment for all MSS tenant employees.
