MSS Facilities Technician (Full-Time)

The MSS Facilities Technician, with support from, and in collaboration with, the Facilities Manager, will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the building and grounds, including but not limited to custodial and light maintenance duties. Located in Midland, Texas, Midland Shared Spaces (MSS) is a Class A commercial office property designed to house multiple independent nonprofit tenants in one building to create economic efficiencies, increase collaboration, and better serve the community.
